And Smith did score ! A chat with goalie Graham Moseley.

Today I was in the company of Graham Moseley. A player who was spotted by Blackburn Rovers as a youngster in Stretford. Eventually going on to play for Derby County , Brighton and Cardiff City before eventually retiring. Anyone who gets to be signed by Brian Clough and plays in two cup finals at the home of English football must be half decent. He is a gentleman of the game and very modest to go with it. He also said that Cloughie put the fear of God into his own team and said he remembered playing on the losing side at Turf Moor ! A very difficult place to go for an away team. Really interesting to speak to someone who has had their moment of glory and carved a decent living out of the game. Anyone remember him in between the sticks ?

He's not jumping off my page, but I like the inference that Fortress Turf is not pleasant experience for opposing teams.

I remember him at Derby. Not a bad player but he had to follow Colin Boulton, which was always going to be a difficult act to do.

As I recall he was understudy to Boulton for most of his time at Derby and only really got his chance later in his time at Derby when Boulton's career at Derby was nearing its end.
