well, put it this way that should work out well for us.
he is going to have to be phenomenal for us for them to want him back as part of their 1st team (squad)
he came here to get football
wants to go back and win things
he wouldnt get on their reserve bench let alone their first team bench
i think he needs to look at where he is and who wanted him

He needs to realise he’s a very privileged young man first and foremost. Learn the language properly and it will help him in loads of ways.
He’s been poor so far, missed the sitter v Spurs, shocking v Cardiff, should have been sent off and missed the pen which will be 2 very valuable points lost, poor at Forest at fault for the first and third goals due to weak tackles.
He’s certainly got talent but needs to apply himself as so many like him have disappeared to do very little/waste their talent ie Ben Arfa.
Yes he wants to win things, all footballers want that, but to win things you have to strengthen, continually, WE DONT, thats why we will almost certainly not win anything as long as we have the fat controller in charge. Thats also why some of the players are disappointed we haven't strengthened, because it reduces THEIR chances of winning anything. We wont win anything until hes gone. Rafa has proved that he wins things, given the right surroundings, and attitude, sadly because we don't have either, he will be gone at the end of the season, along with our hopes.
I hope we do get to see his true potential. We saw some of it last season and I think he has a bit more in his tank.
I worry about his temperament if things don't go his way.
I hope he doesn't turn out to be a thorn in the side and just gets his head down to prove himself..even if it's for the sake of Chelsea...because, as has been said, it can only benefit us on that score.
Fingers crossed on this fella.
