    England v Sweden (women’s) at NYS

    Sunday 11th November KO 1:30 pm even though it says a different date on our official site

    England will host Sweden as they step up their preparations for next summer’s 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

    The South Yorkshire venue has hosted a number of women’s and development team fixtures and prices are as follows:

    Adults: £7.50
    Concessions: £1.00*

    The prices above are available during the early bird period which runs until 9am Monday 15th October. The prices after this date up until the match will be:

    Adults: £10.00
    Concessions: £1.00*

    *Concessions are for senior 60+, students with valid ID, young adults 18-21, under 18s and disabled supporters in receipt of high rate DLA or enhanced PIP.

    So, on past experience there should be about 4000 in the ground.

    The manager Phil / Gary ??? Neville gave our stadium a glowing endorsement on the national news. He said it's a fabulous facility and the girls love playing there.
    Bet he wishes he has Smudgo up front

    Finished England 0 Sweden 2... the Swedes were always likely to be tougher opponents than Austria, who England beat 3-0 a few days ago. Would have expected England to have at least scored a goal today though.
