Thread: 2 Choices for the Board

  1. #61
As per usual it will take a complete implosion and minter result for the penny to finally drop. How about a comfortable 3/4-0 win for the bottom, pointless side and McKinnon grinning like a cheshire cat afterwards.
The United way (a laughing stock)

Even if that happens we will be told that we should never expect to win the diddy league

Let’s give csaba more time to see quite how awful we can become

Likely we lose the 6 pointers with the highlands teams. Fall too far behind gap to winning title can’t be made up

Best case we get some draws, csaba stays until Xmas or end of season before board acts.

The slow death of club continues

The fans continue to drift away

A minimum of 4 Years!!! Spent in second tier

    2nd option. Sack csaba now.

New manager or Ellis / Easton bounce into big matches coming up.

Club can recover in time to have chance of winning the title and making something of this season.

Board of directors are there to make this big decision

The new manager bounce is a myth. There isn't a guarantee we will improve with a new manager.

Yes we lost Fyvie and Fraser.
Yes someone else was signing the players, except Emil Linking!
Yes he lost the players, but too many rumours point to him causing it!
Players will come in and hear all the stories from their peers!
He now has his own players in place, some he wanted to keep, some he didnt, then a whole bunch of others of his choosing including Adam Barton and Callum Booth!

    His time is up!

Most clubs do see some initial improvement with a new manager. Players work hard to prove themselves. There is fresh start. It happens time and again.

Even the pundit and the fun managed a wee bounce initially to manage to stay up.

Bigger point is though over long term rather than the initial bounce.

Other than tempting Mixu back from his gig in Latvia I am struggling to conceive how we could possibly find a worse manager than csaba.

No they don't. People hear about the myth and therefore remember the occasions that back it up.

I’m not suggesting we sack csaba because of the potential bounce from new manager - I’m suggesting we sack him because he is hopeless

So you're voting to keep this idiot then?
