It wont ever slip my mind Aucks lol, because as a Tyke, I dont forget footy based things easily or quickly.
To be honest though, Lee did to us what he had already done to Oldham, when he left them to join us. Unfortunately we were a mere stepping stone for him in his management role.
Btw, we're going to Bristol to play the little B.Rovers on the final day, so fingers crossed that could be a party for us, or a disaster!!.
If your from the area Aucks and have Brizzle City connections, who do you and they look at as big rivals, surely its not little Rovers is it ?.

It certainly used to be, Acido. In the late 50s, when I was a lad, there was nothing between them. Same again in the late 80s. I remember they got promoted together, round about then.
So that would still be the biggest rivalry. There was even a brief period when they were sharing a ground, but I can't remember why.
The other match the Bristol teams have sometimes considered to be a derby is when playing Cardiff. Even Swindon games had a bit of an edge to them, but that is long ago!
The other obvious rival would be my home-town club, Gloucester City...but I spent my youth going to the rugby instead - like most Gloucestrians! (I started going to Kingsholm when I was three!) Gloucester is easily big enough to support a League football team, but rugby has always come first.
