Not every football fan wants to see that though. In fact I'd say most real fans wouldn't want to go in the place. They are Man United basically. Just not as successful, and have been given a pile of money. All my mates back home who used to go, don't now. It's a souless shell of a football club. And has turned into something City fans always hated.

To be honest. Stay aways can simply stay away. We don't want them back. We want football fans. Not fickle sorts.
We need a new age of fan to come. Not obsessed with the 90's and what should've been. We need a new young type of fan who is happy to see his local side play. Not have an unhealthy expectation of a side who will only go if they see success.
Newcastle don't win anything. They never have. But they sell out every week. And they have pride. We don't we are a joke. Not because of a few bad decisions made my Indian owners 5 years ago. Because of our fans

Said it before and I'll say it again.. Ewood was rebuilt too large.. The original plan was for a 23,000 all seated that resembled boros riverside stadium.. Jack should have stuck to that design.

If venkys could get enough money for the land at ewood, building a new stadium along those realistic lines elsewhere may not be a bad plan..

A very good point about Newcastle supporters, Champs. I lived there for six years, and although Rovers have always been my team, I'd love to see Newcastle challenge the PL top six - just as some reward for the long-suffering fans.
