    Thoughts on Vydra

Maybe its because we are starved of new players but I thought Vydra was a breath of fresh air when on at Wolves.

I am a little bored with the Vokes; Barnes; Wood combination which is rapidly becoming impotent. At least Vydra looked a different proposition with more pace and flare.

It was him who caused one of our rare attempts at goal.

I would like to see him pared with one of the other three mentioned as it gives us an option to goal.

Or maybe drop Lennon and have Vydra and Wood up front with Barnes playing immediately behind.

Make even more use of Lowton and Ward as the wing backs delivering the crosses.

Anything different or new ideas to what we are currently doing, might be great...

    .

I didn't see the first half - his goal touched in from a lucky deflection/block...and the second that I did...only gave him 15 mins before he was subbed, so not enough for me to analyse - would be interested to hear from others that saw his first half performance, what they thought.

He offers movement and is not static. If Dyche can put his trust in Barnes, Wood, Vokes and Vydra and play any combination in pairs and swap and change, like he did yesterday, EPL defences will have a phucking nightmare.

Looks to me that he could have the makings of a good link up forward, looks aware of what’s around him , and tries to create.
On top of that he looks to me like he can and will sniff goals out.
Maybe not prolific but will score goals.
Be interesting to see if - when we get some creativity back in the side if he pushes on again

He was a breath of fresh air Norder. A new dimension really in our so far static attack.
