So as part of this agreement is he refunding us the £200k we've spunked on signing him in the first place then - aye right.

Whilst the situation with his sister was ultimately sudden, its unclear how long the situation was around for, how much Forrester was aware and how much it affected him.

Not much can be done apart from accept it as an unsuccessful period and drawing a line under it to move on.
