Wrexham at home , we haven' lost at home to them ,and funnily enough i believe we havent ever won at Wrexham

The Shay is nar wunna the best grarnds in non league. The old shale banks and speedway track are long gone. Large stands on all four sides. New main stand impressive, covered seating in large old stand opposite, terraced covered standing areas behind both goals. Could tek 6000 away fans with ease.

A remember watching John Peachy (or worrit Brian Joicey ?) scoring winner inna 1-0 win here way back.
The crowd sing "Shaymen, Shaymen", a bit cringeworthy, a bit like "Dale, Dale" at Rochdale but thuz no song on the PA System.
Sum reyt players laiked here--Horsfield, Vardy, Gregory, Roberts.
Slowly on their way back after being relegated four divisions for financial problems. Average crowd 1500.
