rafa wont effect the valuation one jot

other than where we are in the league

i would say we are worth a lot less today than we were 3 months ago
due to poor sales and results
Aye.Looks like "Ash" has sh1t in his own nest by making the club a less attractive proposition than it was.Still,it doesn't matter. We are not for sale.He is lying again.

We go down and lose Rafa, he'll lose £100 of millions in value.
We stay up but lose Rafa i reckon it'll be around £300 but he'll arse around till the interested party pulls out.
We stay up and Rafa stays i reckon he'll whack it up to £400 million.

However Ghost is right that club is only worth what a person is willing to pay for it. Equally i don't think it's really for sale either.

There lies the problem. What someone is willing to pay might be what we are worth. We will only be sold though when the slug says and for what the slug wants money wise.

i would say we are a more finacial risk in the fizzy without ash
he spends to get us back up

anew owner might burden himself with the fee of purchase
and have no experiance of what is needed to get out that league

    we wont get 400
and i dont think it would matter if rafa is here

the new owners will bring in their own men and set up

    they wontwant a dinosaur

You were doing alright up to the last line. Cant help yourself can you, arsehole. Any new owner should feel privileged to have a manager of Rafas class, and track record, already installed.
