So then .how much difference in price will the club be with Rafa still in charge or with no Rafa?.He Is a top manager so he is obviously an asset .

Assuming safety in the Prem and Rafa tied to a decent length contract then fatty would be rubbing his hands and thinking of a starting price north of £350million.

Without Rafa but still in the Prem south of £350 million.

Without Rafa and in the Fizzy south of £250 million.

You can value Newcastle United at 200 trillion with Rafa and 500 trillion without him...or vice versa.
It doesn't mean anyone will pay the price.

Equally the club can be valued at 200 million with or without Rafa...or 300/400 million with or without. It makes no difference.
If someone buys it then the price paid, with or without Rafa will be for the club and their valuation of it which would be accepted if sold, obviously.

New owners could be Sheikh's who might want a Guardiola type manager and not want a Rafa Benitez.
New owners may be a PCP company who decide a Rafa Benitez is their asset and ensure he signs a new contract with promises.

    Who knows.
One thing for sure...the club will be bought if there's a buyer...with or without Rafa or Lascelles or anyone else...as long as there's a squad.

If the club is actually for sale but as we know Ashley is a convicted in a court of law liar unlike his worshipper Pboro who has just been found out on a footy forum.

I would say it is probably more attractive to sell with a recognised manager at the helm. Then as you rightly say it depends who if anyone is interested in buying it and the ideas they have for the future.

I would sacrifice Rafa if it meant getting rid of Ashley though

A good HONEST post though Ghost

Only time will tell on that.
We can only speculate on it whether he wants to sell or not.
    You might think he doesn't.
I think he will if he gets his price.
    Others think he won't.

As long as the club is secure, long term, either way, I'm fine with it.

if he carrys on loosing games the club will go down in value

he has sold all the good assets and left us with dross

i would say we are worth less now than this time last season

    due to league position

the club only has a worth when someone buys it
the new owner will bring in their own manager and team etc

rafa wont effect the valuation one jot

other than where we are in the league

i would say we are worth a lot less today than we were 3 months ago
due to poor sales and results

The first time I am inclined to agree with you.
Yes Ashley has asset stripped the club and affected it's value. Well done for being honest for a change...
