PS - if we finish above Boro we will probably get promoted but then again, with goals being leaked faster than water into the Titanic, it's a pipe dream. You could never blame a dinosaur though for more comedy in our current defense than Norman Wisdom!
It's a lot harder to defend with only three defenders on the 18 yard line unlike the 9 Pulis used to play week in week out.

Why all the moaning about the defence ,last time I checked the rules of the game if you score more goals than the opposition you win the game

Aren’t we the leading goal scorers in the country at the moment

Now let me see - Birmingham are ****e but let in five fewer goals than us and Swansea have let in half the amount! This therefore says something about our quality or lack of it, as opposed to numbers, plus one player we have who is better suited for the Harlem Trotters!

Then again as one poster pointed out - football is about scoring more goals than you let in. I get some will like some comedy with playing who we are playing now, with the goals being banged in!

So why haven't they? Do we let them Just because of sentiment? Awe let the youngsters play a game. We don't see them in training. If they are good enough they will play. Harvey Barnes clearly cuts the mustard week in week out. Players like Burke aren't in the same league as this lad.

I guess the kids aren't good enough Boingy. Pulis's fault, picked the wrong backroom staff to bring the right youngsters in.

Spot on there, Pulis didn't do youth, Up here in the North East the Boro fans are already moaning about the boring, putrid football being served up and the fact the younger players have all been overlooked in favour of the over 30's in Downing and co.
2nd in the league flatters them.

I saw the goat of Tony pulis outside the ground yesterday after the match.

I had to take evasive action as it was going mental running at celebrating fans with its horns shouting (in goat) that we couldn't attack and how dare we try and play out the back and score 22 goals.

Then it foooked off back to Dudley zoo being chased by stave bull who was shouting "you'm mine now, I con ride yow thru the streets of Dinglehampton cos I got the freedom of the city".
