Hadn't noticed it had been removed but a good idea to get rid imo. Surprised you haven't worked out who Naked is.

Whilst it’s all very sad that somebody should end up in such a medical position but isn’t the outcome a bit severe to actually abandon the match?

Are the facilities and medical services so bad at Barnsley that they had no way to get this poor soul out of the crowd, into an ambulance and off to hospital?
    Stepped over the line. Embarrassing...

Second richest club in the Championship and they have volunteers doing the match day stuff.

That's what annoys me about football clubs the players get millions and most of the other staff are on minimum wage or only get expenses.

    "Community Clubs" my arse.

Not fishing for information I used to work with a lad years ago who has the same surname as yourself.
    Not that I'm aware of.

Where did you work with him ?

Just read this, I knew the game had been postponed but didn't know why. Crikey, serious stuff. Hope the gentleman makes a full recovery.

I always assumed that prior to a heart attack the person would feel unwell. It sounds as though it's possible to go from absolutely fine and going about ones business to hitting the floor fighting for life. In the click of a finger.

Shows how fragile life can be. Again, best wishes to the chap and his family.

I actually think he did become unwell before collapsing but probably tried to brush it off and get on with it .

Normally around 2.45pm he announces the teams over the microphone or let's a young kid do it at his side , this didn't happen yesterday which I thought was strange because normally this is our first opportunity to see the lineup .

Another rookie schoolboy error fire , we have the second richest owners in the EFL but we aren't the second richest club .

The work the club does in the community is second to none fire , the players are contractually obliged to get out in to the area and support various projects .

Stendel on arrival in england went out to a Barnsley town centre pub to watch the England world cup games and meet the fans and get a feel for the area , he even wore a German shirt , he was very well received as you can imagine .

Many things the club could do better but we are one of the better clubs who support community projects and its an ongoing process .
