Anybody interested just go on the Red Cross website.

Since the course we've persuaded our directors to install defibrillators at all sites. You can either buy them or there are firms now who will provide training and maintenance if you hire them(like us) for just £1 a week. Nowt when you think it could save someones life.Dead easy to use, they tell you what to do. I'd advocate anyone to do the course and mention to their employers or safety rep that these life savers can be installed for peanuts.

I wasn't at the game today, bin working away last few weeks, you could even say I'd been exiled. Hope the bloke is ok and we see him back at Oakwell soon.

    Great post mate

Im sure nobody minds that the game itself has had to be re-arranged. Because when everybody knows the facts about what happened, it becomes of little or no importance at all really.

Ponte - I had to go through the same thing with my mum in 2015. Stay strong! If you wanna char or anything get in touch. I did this while trying to move house next to lee Johnson! Yes really lee Johnson! I was at a festival 2 months back and a guy was getting worked on too. Proper scar but you gotta think they are in the best possible hands. Both have pulled through. What gets me about both occasions is they had them at the best place. If they had them at home I bet they both wouldn’t be here!

I've seen some posts tonight across the internet world on today's event's that have left me speechless , including some of our own .

I'm way past anger , just sincerely sad the world out there has reached these parts .

Always thought we were better than this .

Some really sad 2hats worried about their Accas..... some saying that “Could have kicked off late....after the helicopter had gone”
Unbelievably selfish amd you’ve got to say that these people aren’t part of the TRUE football community.
Thoss that are know that this type of incident is when we all pull together and forget the rivalry’s that exist around “a game”
Because life is not a game, its more important.
There’s more Goodwill out there than bad, and in the end we’ve got to believe that Good Will wins.
These people would be the first on TwitterBookGram to criticise if it was their Kin. They are above contempt Animal
    Feck em.
We know what’s right. That’s all that matters.

As decent human beings we would like to believe that everyone is brought up as we have been? Be kind, thoughtful, show respect and put others before yourself.....you know the score!
Unfortunately not everyone is raised to hold these values, all we can do is to continue doing and saying the right things when required hoping that these values are passed on so that future generations continue to be supportive in circumstances like yesterday.
I personally have had a heart attack and it is something I have worked hard on ensuring won't happen again any time soon, my thoughts sincerely lie with Stephen's family as they will be in bits until he hopefully wakes up wondering what all the fuss is about!
