    Just got back

Got into the ground to find for some reason BD had reinstated Brunty in CM
I am starting to question the manager's decisions. On Tues the midfield was a lot sharper and moved the ball about well at times but during the first half today we created nothing worth talking about and I felt sorry for Brunt again as the game was passing him by and when he did get the ball he took the safe option and passed it right or left. The build up was slow and basically boring. We all know, including Brunt that CM is killing him.
Second half improved from the kick off as it looked like the team was told to speed things up going forward. I really expected to see a change at half time with maybe Field or Hoolahan replacing Brunt. But no. Eventually Hoolahan came on I think for Barnes and the guy buzzed around, got his foot in and made himself available. Why can't BD see what everyone else can see? On the positive side, we kept a clean sheet (somehow) got the win, and the Vile got done at home. Reasons to be cheerful.

Absolutely Joy-D buddy. Very strange. Poor Brunty looked unsettled being out of his comfort zone. I’ve a feeling that he would understand being on the bench from time to time. Clearly he still has something to offer.
Hoola again looked busy, albeit we’ve only seen him for a few minutes.
    Where’s Burke (injured?)
