Oddly, Asbury Park in New Jersey has a fitba team, fitba club mair accurately........ but they never play any matches.

The Boss did play. He is actually Wilson, you couldn't tell due to the Brilliant Disguise. He thinks there is Better Days ahead and hoping to keep his place for Jungleland next week.
Could be done with a new Boss!

I have a live recording of Black Sabbath playing there in 75. I may have listened to it when driving through Banff

    I've thought of one.

Some of the inside shots fae Local Hero were done in a hotel/bar in Banff, the name of which I have buried someplace in the dark recesses but which is not immediately to hand.

I'm sure someone on Local Hero was fae New Jersey......probably.

When I lived in Aberdeen many moons ago, I went to a few wedding receptions at the Bunff Springs hotel and the hotel had some framed photos on the Banff Spring hotel in Alberta, Canada. Then 20 odd years ago, we holidayed in Alberta and went to the Banff Springs hotel there. Nae photos of oor Bunff Springs hotel there though, although there were elk and moose wandering close to the hotel, aye, in Canada, nae Aberdeenshire.
