Clearly he won't invest what the fans want, so we need a manager to ensure that what he does invest, is well touted and used to the best effect.
This is not being done, overall.

By all means bemoan lack of spending but the buck stops at Rafa's door when spending cannot be implemented....like now.
This is what we go to see. We want to watch a team/squad that is picked on merit to win a game of football or at least try to do so.

It's pointless sitting back saying stuff like " ohhh Rafa's hands are tied and we haven't got a top striker and play maker" and all that stuff, when clearly we do have enough in this squad to have a real go at all teams, with most teams being being beatable if the set up was geared for it.
