Thort tha mite ev gon fothat Portuguese Dish Jules , Black Pork with Chestnuts , cooked slowly in oven fo 2hrs , 10 mins befoor serving , pop a large Baking Apple in , ( cored not peyled tho) absolutely bootiful

It's from a black Iberian pig I think Dools , totally different taste to what we have here ( peasant food from years back) lovely dish , especially with Chestnuts and apple, crisp outside but soft inside roast tateys with it , some veg and plenty of good gravy from the dish, a cud eyt sum reyt nar, worth trying with pork from a good farm shop rarnd here,

It certainly was my fave time on Halloween night last year Roma kid, because while I was out mingling and having cappuchino's and ferrero roche's with the skeletons & zombies & vampires & witches... we were winning 2-4 away at Burton. (what a night that was eh!)
