Don't know about winter dishes I eat all that's been mentioned all year round one of my favourites is braising steak or brisket with onions and carrots spuds and thick gravy slow cooked topped on a Yorky
Maybe you Blunts have got some decency in you after all Rodney kid lol.
I was brought up on meat n tatie pies Rod, and/or a bit of beef n onion as well. And the sauce or relish adds to it doesnt it, do you go with spicy chilly, or a tasty garlic & onion instead etc. (Im getting hungry now just thinking about this)
