The next option I have no strong views on yet.

I was keen on McCall but he’s gone. Hopkin is gone.

McIntyre maybe.

Neilson- I don’t know how much he benefitted from the great CL being there with him.

I don’t mind if Ellis or Easton take a game or two but hopefully the board can act quickly a find a good candidate.

After the last experience I think a good Scottish manager with championship experience might be best

I’m presuming that csaba is gone though because that catastrophe today must be the rock bottom

I’m not against Neilson. In his favour Cathro did no do so well despite the CL input. He’d deserve a chance.

McIntyre when he played for us was always in to geeing up the other players. He won the league cup with Ross County which is a decent achievement.

Knowing united there will also be some left field candidates coming in to the frame too
