Not convinced either tbh.
Said it before though EVERY manager is a gamble.
Say we get what we want by midday Monday, and the new manager having already been spoken to is signed up later in the day.
Can anyone out there say something to convince me that Robbie Nielsen is the man for the job?
Not convinced either tbh.

How much influence did Levein have on his team? How would he get on without his input? That's the risk.
Scottish, young, knows what is required and how to deal with the modern player, plays attacking football in this division, one that he romped then had hearts second in the Prem the next season when he left, they then dropped like a stone, talks sense, commands respect, had his players playing for him, has good contacts, won't get a bigger job currently in Scotland than us and so would be here for a few seasons to build something, knows the club and the expectations, hungry to succeed will at it as an exciting challenge, isn't jim mcintyre and dodds
We wouldn't get Tommy Wright, the other decent candidates now have jobs (Houston, McCall and Hopkin)
He isnt Csaba Laszlo
If he was to bring in an older head as a number 2 then it's a maybe. Too inexperienced otherwise.
Yir man Houston as his number 2 would've been decent but that ship's sailed.
Not too many candidates(non compo) options out there sadly.
Always liked the way Danny Lennon came across. Another gamble though.
Danny Lennon, his grasp of the English language is up there with Csabas. Not sure I'd go for him.
Got hearts promoted, finished 3rd in the premiership, had them 2nd the following season when he left. Must have learned a huge amount working under levein.
Only blot on his copybook was the failure at mk dons, but they were a bit of a basket case. Look what happened to hearts when he left and Cathro took over. He's a winner, seems to manage with the same aggressive, winning mentality he played with.
No manager is a certainty, but in the situation we find ourselves, he would be a great appointment.
All this about Levein is what i cannot see past.
I looked in on the whole Hearts and admin thing with interest as it seemed from the outside that they knew what they were doing as the Phoenix rose from the ashes. Remember seeing an interview with Levein, tinged with the memory of what he set up at United, where he said he was Robbies mentor to build for the future. When Robbie departed, i was then told by the Hearts fan i know that apparently all was not well and RBB thought he knew better.
In comparison to the us and now, MM aint Anne Budge, and Shabba was never gonna be Levein. It also seems that management of Hearts fans expectation was very successful, along with some appeasement by the results in front of them.
Promotion being the only target is maybe too much for many a manger to come in and achieve!
