We should.. As the manager and players demand more of themselves.. That's how you become a team that achieves things.
Unbeaten at home. In well over a year. That's simply not good enough.
Poor. We should be demanding more.

Well, we where in Div1 for 20 of those games, and now we have stepped up to a higher level, meaning we have to raise our standards in order to keep the run going.
The fact we have not lost and have played some very good sides tells you we have pushed onto the next level.
With that in mind, its a fair assumption to say we have moved a step closer to achieving things.
Its not common for a newly promoted side to get to Oct having only lost once.
I'd say we are progressing nicely.
Smallwood is a great example. I didn't think he could improve as a footballer. The demands he is putting on himself to perform very well, and crucially IMPROVE week by week shows the spirit in the camp. He has limitations as a player, but is improving enough for that not be an issue. He is very good at being a spoiler, and his distribution is excellent. Having not always been. He wont everything on Sat vrs Forest up against (on paper) better players.
And Dack. If he keeps up scoring at the rate his is, then he will score around 20/25 Championship goals.
Not bad for a lad who had never played at this level. I cant think of one other player in recent times that has come up having never played at this level before, and had such a massive impact. Teams cant stop him, simple as that. And now he is very much a marked man.
Graham puts massive demands on himself, and performs to a high level every week, and is arguably playing the best football of his career.
Bennett is playing the best football of his entire career, and is awesome for us every week .......
None of that is by chance, its all down to the demands we put on ourselves. All stemming from one person. The manager.
I bet my life we keep improving, that's why are signing high quality young players ages 19 like Brereton.
