Watching Coronation Street and other soaps where people like Ken Barlow spend nearly 60 years acting out the same boring s h I t that he/we do during our regular life.

Why do people bother watching programmes about people doing mundane, monotonous c r a p.

Strictly Dancing Cum would be far more interesting than the TV dancing show.

Instead, all participants would be naked and the blokes would shoot their loads in the women’s hands and they would then play “the cats cradle” with it like girls used to do with wool at my school in the 70’s.

I have lots of these types of ideas if anyone’s interested?

Only the saddest of the sad kids spotted trains and buses.

Same as the losers who spot Eddie Stobbart trucks……..sad blokes in Lonsdale tracksuit bottoms covered in dubious stains.

I'll own up to two of those mentioned. Love watching cricket, proper cricket though, not 20Twenty, and train spotting, until I was about 12. I thought most young lads did that.
What I don't understand though is bird watching. People travel hundreds of miles to see a specific bird. What happens if it flies away before they get there. That surely has to be the biggest waste of time, besides listening to Corbyn!

Reality shows, soaps, talent shows, cooking programmes. I believe all these and more to be time wasting TV fodder though I can't be sure as I don't watch any of them.
Each to his own though isn't it? I'm fairly sure train spotters think football is a waste of time though I can't be sure as I try my best to steer clear of them.
Jogging: knackering, time consuming, knee damaging, unenjoyable, pass time. Should get a running machine and do it in the comfort of their own out of sight of the rest of us if they have to do it at all. Then they could watch some of the trash TV I mentioned at the same time.

Couple of metal dectorists on the beach last night. That I don't get. Do they ever find anything?

Having said that as long as it's not doing any harm then what is the harm.

Do some running and get a bit of a high out of acheiving and do feel a bit smug about being able to do 10k at my age.
