Had a computer problem today with a m/c I bought from him a couple of years ago and thought I was going to need an internal repair. Rang Kev to check if he was able to look at it and he told me what to do over the phone. Now working.
Other repairers may well have said to bring it in, leave it a couple of days, and charge me £50, I can imagine some saying I'd need a new machine.
