i have been to many many grounds but last season I took my wife to Oakwell for her first ever visit & we sat in East Stand
It was not a warm day but there was a very cold wind coming from the NE corner
At half time she was so cold that she went back to the car
Me...I'm made of sterner stuff

1 it's not pleasant
2 the acoustics are so poor Oakwell struggles to create any atmospnere
Bournemouth have got the right idea albeit in an older stadium
So it makes sense to improve the match day experience if we are ever to attract more spectators
I can tell you that Mrs Exile will take some persuading to go again
But all in all I make no apology for banging the drum

The corners might be covered in IF tarn gets in premier ìts not viable in lg1 or championship money if any should be spent it should be strengthening the squad first and foremost

Corners are filled in at the Bescott and Glanford Park. They aren't in the Premiership. Whose saying they need seats in them? Just extend the gable ends in the NE Corner.

I preferred it when it was the McAlpine stadium back in 1995, nobody had heard of it or Hudds Fc back in those days.
