    The entire point of a statistic like 2/3 is that it represents such a significant proportion of the populace that mot people would accept the will of the nation.

    We know the theory, we're not all thick!

    My point is that if Leave had got 65%, do you think that they would say 'Well that's the will of the nation'? I wouldn't blame them going for a second referendum to try to get over the line.

    It would be totally unworkable in practice.
