Thread: Neilson + Ellis = ?

No matter who was in charge for the match this Sat United should be beating Ayr - last season Arbroath beat Ayr twice, drew with them and should have beat them in a cup match - Dundee United should be beating the likes of Ayr.

The player's need to stand up and take responsibility - they can start this weekend by beating Ayr.

The player's have been hiding to long behind Csaba, this weekend they won't have anyone to hide behind should they produce yet another dire display of football.

Ayr are top of the league on merit. We are where we are on merit.

We have no divine right to beat any team these days - this complacent billy big balls attitude is a huge contributor to why we are where we are.

Ayr dont like teams matching their work rate - thats what we need to do think we are playing world beaters attitude for 90 mins. Attack Attack Attack

2 league games Shankland hasn’t scored in, they’ve been beat.

    1 man team.

Ayr are top of the league as their is little serious competition - there are no stand out teams in the league.

But lets stop making excuses for the players - they should beating Ayr tomorrow.

Just how much motivation do the players need ?

The manager gets sacked, it's a top of the league match and United will have a decent away support.

Please, no more excuses for the players under performing - they should be winning tomorrow.

I do however think Ellis is communicating well. Proof of the pudding tomorrow and game2/3/X that he gets
