Nit been to many games recently but if that is the standard of refereeing in the Championship the football is f00king doomed.

Every Brentford player went down as if they had been poleaxed and the blind-as-a-f00king-bat ref swallowed it every time. The whole Brentford team should hang their heads, despite (or maybe because), they had the ability (and showed it), to play football, not resemble powder puffs.

As to Leeds, all the principles were there but the application was too often poor, lacking proper pace on passes that were also misdirected.

Earlier post mentioned poor refereeing and that it might cost us. It did, and it will, with 2 points dropped due to one of the worst decisions I have ever seen (from the East stand upper, no f00king video required thank you VERY much!&#128121, and an even worse decision (if that's possible), to penalise Ayling when it was the Brentford player tripping overhis own feet that was the real cause of his fall.

Not good enough across the board but we deserved a win based on a 50/50 first half and a second that included that dumb-ass penalty decision without which the 3 points would have been ours.

Glad we have the break (not often I would say that), and look forward to our MIAs coming back soon (and please start Clarke!)

That decision today you could not blame the Ref,that was a VAR decision and it is a complete insult to our game with what is at stake we do not have it,yet tin pot leagues in Asia use it.
Completely disagree about the decision. We were in row P East stand upper and it was clear from there that it was no penalty. The referee should never officiate at a professional game again, he was abysmal, even by the standards of the officials we usually have to suffer.

Still top despite the injury list..

Can't believe I heard a rumour today that Roofe wants out and Southampton are keen???/
You're spot on about that f00king ref. I get to see maybe 2 or 3 games a season at ER and always wonder how we get the officials we do, but today was exceptionally bad.

As to the rumour about Roofe, I have given up listening to the "mill", I'll wait until something happens to get pi55ed off!😉

    No Difference???
You Having a laugh fella - and the ref was actually in a good position - don't like blaming refs but this fella coudn't wait to award them decisions and the penalty wasn't even debatable FFS

I'm Leeds through and through - but this ref was garbage and coudn't wait to award them anything and everything - then to rub it in sent Ayling off after ignoring theirplayer's second yellow.

    Cheated!!!!

Ref was as bad as i've ever seen

We seldom agree mate but liken you I didn't need to see the replay on TV it OBVIOUSLY was a dive and theirnfela shoud mhave been booked FFS

Just once wouldn't it be nice to have a ref who gave us something? 50 conseutive games now where we haven't been awarded a single penalty FFS!

Agree they where worth a point - BUT - they shouln't have had the penalty so we should have got a lucky 1-0... anyone else would have - but we seem to NEVER get the lucky breaks that others do.

It gets depressing when you never get a break

And just to emphasis the point Sheffield Utd have just won and scored a dodgy penalty and West Brom have also just fluked a 2-1 lead
