    It is. If the Board provide the right leadership, set the ethos around the club day by day and appoint the right manager there you have the framework in place for success.

    What we've had is the opposite.

    Because the captain had to step in. An example of how it isn't simply about who the manager is.

    It took the players under Houstie to make it work and win the cup and get him the permanent job.
