    Connor McLennan

Good to see the young lad getting some valuable first team experience and what a great strike for his goal. No keeper in the league was saving that!
He definitely has an ability about him but was unfortunately injured during the game. Hopefully a speedy recovery and another first team start very soon as he definitely doesn’t deserve to make way for anyone else after yesterday’s performance.

Looks as though he’s “popped” his shoulder.
If so, we won’t be seeing him for a while.

He said on Red TV in the post match interview that it "popped back in" when he stood up so hopefully he won't be out too long. We definitely need more options in wide areas and his performance was encouraging. He's "built" for first team football in the same way McKenna is - other young lads coming through like Ross, Wright, Campbell and Anderson have the talent but they're maybe not up to the physicality of it just yet.

Anyone know if he's a Dons fan like Campbell, Anderson and Wright are?

Not sure where he is from or who he supports but that was some goal he scored.

Deserves to be in the team against Hearts if he is fit,I like McGinn and still think he has a lot to offer us but young players like McLennan should be looking to take his place in the team.

McLennan might be the one who does.

I put my shoulder out playing in goal once ( fantastic tip over the bar) and put it back in when I landed.

    I played on.

Bruce Anderson’s from Banff I think. Got a feeling McLennan might be Peterhead but not sure

Absolutely agree - always been a McGinn fan and still think he has something to offer but with injuries and loss of form maybe going to affect him more as he gets older we need someone who’s able to step in and do a job. I liked the look of Wright in the no10 role and think McLennan might prove the better option in the wide area.
