Thread: Neilson to be offered job

  1. #61
Welcome back Robbie Neilson. Happy with the appointment. Hell of a job turning this mess around but take it a stage at a time. First thing get this team playing anything like a team and fighting for the jersey.

Why the underwhelming reactions from two or so on here? Got a great feeling about this myself. Thistle sat booked - son stays street just up from there so have 5 students and 4 mates going. Can not ****ing wait!! He needs time and results may not be immediate but i bet we attack direct style fast passing forward.

Heaven - given the last 4 years

I have no foundation to this ... but this is the most positive thing to happen in 4 years or so.

    Hope im right!!

    Welcome back Robbie.

Think this is a good appointment. Quietly confident. We must now be patient Arabs whilst he sorts us out.

Arabest and we build for the future. Better times ahead.

What would make this appointment even better would be the end of these phucking transfer windows. We have a new manager but he cannot do transfer dealings until January. A lot of ballocks imo. FIFA and UEFA need to show a bit of common sense and say the transfer windows work as well as the goalden goals. We need to wheel and deal but we can't.

Anyway delighted to have Robbie who'll bring organisation and given time, DUFC will play as a team.

Hope you're right also. Honestly too many false dawns to be buzzing but cautiously optimistic.
Hope the circus has finally left town and we can start watching a football team again.

Sorry Terry thats nonsense and it looks like you're trying to defend a really poor position by saying aye it'll go wrong for Robbie too. There's no logic in that. The fans will realise we now have a young ambitious Scottish manager who will be able to relate better to the players, communicate better with the players and if his coaching tactics and man management is even average he will be light years ahead of the last guy.

Do you not think it's time to accept you're well out of step with 99.9% of supporter opinion?
