    Scotland squad

Some of the usual faces drop out for the Portugal friendly and in comes GMS and Devlin.

No matter your opinion on the national team (GTF), this is good for them.

Completely agree. When was the last time we had four players in the Scotland squad? Not sure how long McLeish will survive but the longer he is there the better for Aberdeen players, can only help when attracting players to the club as well as adding to the likes of McKenna's sale value when he is inevitable sold.

I would think that Devlin may well start if McLeish sticks with his three at the back (with McKenna and Hendry) and hopefully Shinnie as well and whilst GMS will likely be on the bench it's still good for his confidence, which seems to be more important than normal for GMS

    Well done to them

Hope they can grab their chance as these wallopers like Mulgrew, Snograss and Tireney are sulking faced f@cking knobs

New blood is needed, new blood that give a f@ck

    Good luck boys

Agreed, I don’t think McLeish was the right appointment but one thing he is doing right is picking Scottish players who play in the SPFL instead of the usual English players with a Scottish relative.

Not just Dons players either the guy O’Donnel and Souttar as well,it’s good to see.

Could quite easily have 3 of them starting as well if he goes with 5 at the back, team could look like....
    McGregor
    O'Donnell Devlin Hendry McKenna Robertson
    Forest McDonald McGregor GMS
    Naismith

I've lost all interest in Scotland the last couple of years but strangely find myself going this afternoon. Only because I have a free ticket. I think it would be fantastic if Mikey Devlin and big Scotty got some game time together today. Keep them ticking over for next week. Fingers crossed nae injuries though!!!

He was ok,should have scored from a corner.

Shinnie set up Naismith for the goal and GMS came on with 20 minutes to go.
