I think Devlin will get his chance at some point.

It wasn’t that long ago Scotland didn’t have any decent centre backs,hence the reason Russell Martin and Grant Hanley got picked.

Now there is McKenna,Devlin,Bates,Souttar and even the guy Hendry.

If Devlin was fit he would have started with McKenna and then against Israel. Now it's handed Bates a chance. I'm sure he will still get picked but that would have been the perfect opportunity for him.

My guess is that if everyone is fit then Soutter would be picked ahead of Devlin unfortunately.

Possibly but it looks like McKenna has nailed down his position,I know McLeish has ditched his 3 at the back formation but I wouldn’t be surprised if he reverts back to it when they come up against better opposition in the qualifiers.

Devlin will win a few caps under McLeish.
