My dearly departed dad, was a true Accrington born working class socialist. He served with the Chindits, fought the Japanese and had to stay in India for another two years after the end of World War 2 in India, to help Britain partition the Indian sub-continent. Not sure why you are dragging the sons of Labour politicians into this thread?

I cannot recall my father and six uncles who all served the British Army with honour and pride ever having this much uniform though...

yep....it's that hereditary title - and without, there'd be no line of succession - being why it's so Important to them - as has already made this Royal baby, "seventh" in line to the throne I see.

...and they do look down - Alto....on the people from their Royal Balcony - and everytime they allow someone to bow/kneel or courtsey to them - but it takes two - just as long as there's enough of the subservient willing to do it - it'll continue.

Check out the number of Labour MPs killed in active service in WW2, plenty of Tory MPs, a couple of Liberals, even an Ulster Unionist, but you won't even need the back of a fag packet to list your Labour MPs, in fact you won't even need a pen or pencil.

I'm over the moon with their good news.. Harry and Meghan are a wonderful couple who both love each other dearly.. I wonder if it will be a coffee coloured ginger nut ?

The poor little freak will be of mixed race with a Ginger Minger for a dad and a failed half cast film star for a mother. On the bright side for the baby, it will be born with a silver spoon shoved right up its little, privileged arse!
