TBH, this whole Brexit malarkey has gone beyond a joke now...2 years have passed and they still cannot agree where the exit door is.......meanwhile we are bombarded with scare stories about how everyone is going to have to sell their grandparents into slavery and bbq their own children just to survive....personally I think it's a ploy, drag out the end result ad infinitum until half of us die off....then have another vote.

I still stand by my original prediction, which was that there will be no great change, but the average family will be around 5% worse off.

Cities in the North such as Manchester and Liverpool have all benefited massively from EU funding for redevelopment over the past 25 years. I think you'll find that Northern cities/towns are going to be far worse off post Brexit and the people who live there will be more than'5%' worse off. Everything is so Londoncentric and home counties focused and always has been since the demise of the industrial revolution. Northern towns are going to be left to rot by our government...even more than they are already. The EU was the North's lifeline...and now we're sticking two fingers up. Totally ridiculous.

Unfortunately, to avoid taking a 5% hit, the leftists are willing to sell out English culture, tradition, values, and give the country over to those coloureds and eastern Europeans have have come here only to rape, pillage and plunder, metaphorically speaking.

Of course, all their talk of 5% or 10% or whatever is just a smokescreen. What they really believe is that allowing any tom, fariz, and al-jabadi into England is a good thing. They believe it will create some kind of multi-cultural paradise where we all live as one big happy family basking in the glow of each others culture. How desperately naive!

Take a look around. this open door policy is destroying the very fabric of English society, culture, traditions, and values.
