    Another buyer.

See the Mag is reporting another business group from the States are interested in buying Newcastle.

Would like to believe it to be true but even if it was the slug would manage to mess the deal up.Who would want a club where the current owner will want clauses i.e free advertising, merchandise deals in place even when he has sold the club.

If the fans keep ramping up the pressure on him and targeting Sports Direct he might just want a clean break. Here’s hoping anyway

Ashley wants a bidding war, if the reports are true about these investment groups wanting to take over he will try to get every penny possible (rightly so).
BUT I believe he is desperate for the first time. His share prices have plummeted, his takeover of HOF has cost him our transfer budget, the media turning on him, pundits turning on him, his ever loyal backers are starting to turn on him, his SD shareholders are turning on him. Rafa walks in a few months, he will never be able to replace with someone of equal calibre, the squad are in real danger of relegation, ST holders will drop him faster than a toilet seat if we go down this time. The players are no doubt fed up as any self respecting player wants to be as succesfull as they can be.
His lies are begining to catch up with him and he knows he is fecked if we are relegated again.
It wouldnt suprise me if he does invest in January just to make sure we stay up so he can get rid.
Id love to see him lose everything like

So this group sees the potential ( a sleeping giant) and is seriously wealthy , but won't bid until we are safe , as the value of Newcastle is about £150m in the chimpo.
According to the Daily Fail anyhow ... Just give him the £300m and spend some dosh in January .., we will stay up ,simple as.
