Ayr are interesting they mauled us twice this season. Fast wingers, lump it forward and a goalscorer. They are dropping off now but a difficult team at times. RC, ICT are hammer throwers but do it well. QoTS again a goalscorer and difficult to play against. Not saying they are world beaters but all of these teams are improvements on years before taking one team out of it. Probably why everything is so tight. Our win against St Mirren we totally dominated but won only 2-1. There was a big gulf in class that day and we are getting better.

Didn't Livvy come from the league below and make the play offs no bother then go up and are now 16 points ahead of you in the tap league though?

It's a lot more competitive now than when they were down, always something to play for from bottom to top and are no weak links this season, you'd struggle big time

Also can see they are getting worried about a potential play off Derby, don't think it's something anyone is crying out for but fact is, they'd be under a lot of pressure as the top flight side that could be relegated and swap places, if we did lose then it's as you were and we push for promotion under a proper manager with a strong squad from the start next year (something we haven't had since going down), if they lose then they never live it down and we add it to all the other big games we have bettered then in
    good post Shedka

Agreed, just look at Dunfermline...4 weeks ago, were dragged into the relegation fight due to recent upsurge in form from Partick and Falkirk. Shree wins on the bounce for the Fifers, and now they are competing for the play-offs again, scary!

Do you actually believe any of the pish you post? Two teams went up that year, never happened since. United are by far the biggest spenders in the fun league, operating loss of £1.8m to 2018 and still can't get anywhere near the prize. 1928 - 2019, and counting. Pleasing.
