It is a very important victory.

Doubt very much, in fact I know Dodds vote made little difference but the principle of it mattered a lot.

I didn't say he deserves credit, neither do the other "local" directors for what's been happening over the last couple of seasons.

I said he's gave the manager a fighting chance if he's said no or advised him eventually to look elsewhere.
