Yes we finished 10th but all of the teams below us and the three promoted teams have strengthened to an extent that we have not.

That is the simple answer and any fool can see that it is not down to the manager. He can't afford the players he needs out of HIS OWN POCKET. The club has to provide that. But I suppose you don't know that.
