    view of a layman

years ago i could name every player- all the stats the lot - today i just follow the team because they are my home team - i struggle to name every player on the pitch but what the heck , as i say they are my home team and if they entertain me and win its a bonus
today we had perez and i noticed all he does is run around in a big circle - all the time - occasionally the ball intercepts his circle and most times it suprises him . Then up front we had muto granted at times he chases and tackles well but up front - the number of times the ball went into the box and he wasn,t there nobody was ! why can,t we have supermac and john tudor back? supermac lived in the other sides goal , tudor carved open defenses
eventually we ended playing midfield keep ball cause they just didn,t know where to go !

the answer? when i worked on the railway if we were asked to do a job and struggled we would say to the bosses " look we need this or need that to do a good job " they would straight away get the tools!
thats what Ashley should be doing , football ownership is totally different to running a market stall - you cannot condemn rafa if he has inadequate tools - if he had everything he asked for then failed then rafa would be condemned

put it simply if you have a firm with travelling salesmen do you send them out in 80,s ford escorts

i know this is old hat but this is what i base my dislike of ashley on

answers on a postcard (maybe we play joss and muto together ?)

Would like to see Rondon and Muto play up top together. But Rondon seems to be the new Slimani.Loan player in that's always injured.
I am about the same regards the club.I follow them.Have no intention of going while Ashley is here.I feel the club is fast losing the identity we always had.Sad to see and I won't be part of it.

oh wait rafa couldnt handle him and sold him

rafas footy is from the 80s

why buy players if he isnt going to change things

    1 sub used yesterday
did nothing to try and get back into the game

from a loosing position at home to a team with what was the worst away record in the prem

Aye, it's a valid point Ron.

I just don't get how a supposedly astute brilliant businessman has decided that it's better to destroy and lose huge amounts of value on his asset.

    Guy is a parasite.
