I think it's a distant possibility if we turn up and they don't. I'd be impressed with a draw though, and even more impressed with a clean sheet.

Can't be bothered to even guess.

If we had a team of average players playing averagely, I could put up with that but hope for more - not expect - just hope.
What we have though, is a team of mostly above average players playing mostly below an average standard and seeming not to care, and that is not acceptable. They talk the talk in the NP and leave it there, not good enough.

My hope and expectations nowadays is for a battering of less than three goals.

I can't see anything but a drubbing. Looking at 4 or maybe 5 nil to them. If it's going to be as painful as Saturday was I can see me doing the ironing and listen to some music instead.

    Totally agree with this.

I was thinking back to the awful pre-Munto Trust era, which was pretty much the most depressing time I can remember as a Notts fan. We had zero money and zero quality, but we rarely got turned over 4-0. The squad we have today has been assembled at great cost, yet for most games this season we haven't been able to field a team that can even compete at the most basic level. In the fourth ****ing division. It's beyond belief, really.

I fully expect us to lose by at least three goals tonight. I mean it's got to the point where losing by one goal would seem like a promising result.
