I hope our owner digs deep

In january window he needs Togo out and get what Rafa asks for to help us stay up.bu I think Ashley would much rather have a relegation on rafas CV .

Rafa already has a relegation on his CV and if we get another with him in charge he's largely to blame for it.

    Agreed Kev.

Ashley can't stand anybody standing up to him.

We need to get a striker to score and i can't see it happening. Hopefully we'll get one in on loan but even then might/probably will be to late.

If that were to happen you must put the blame firmly and squarely where it lies. Three relegations in ten years by Ashley.

Never ever been done before by an owner ever in the history of the game.

More chance of P(innochio)boro telling the truth than Ashley spending money.

The relegations do not lie fairly and squarely on Ashley. He can take some of the blame but ultimately the lions share has to be taken by the manager and coaches, plus player attitude.

As I said before. It wasn't through lack of funds that we went down.

But he has spent money and plenty of it.
Rafa has had one massive chunk of money to spend on players in his overall tenure.

Well how do you explain that both relegations up to now were almost nailed on before the new manager came in 5 games too late to save us. ASHLEY'S FAULT AND ONLY ASHLEY'S FAULT.

Not compared to the clubs around us.

Ahhh, ok, so we can lay some of the fault on Ashley for his timing, hence why I mentioned him taking some of the blame.

If he doesn't rid the club of Benitez I will apportion some of the blame to him in the same manner if we go down with too little time left.
As I said before. The lion's share of the blame is down to the manager and coaches and arguably some of the players, but I'd be more inclined this time round to give them the benefit of a new manager with a new set of tactics/style to see them perform as I know they can, which I believe would be 50% better than what Benitez and co are getting from them....minimum.

This predicament we are in is Benitez's fault, in my book.
