Good news....higher standard of footy, more physical challenge, more intensity to the games.

We've had quite a few disappointments in the last decade or so as players who were hyped up as the next big thing striker-wise failed to step up and make the grade so here's hoping it's a more positive outcome this time. Don't know what it is, but it feels different from the rest?

Hope he gets games cos according to wiki, they have 5 centre forwards..

Oh and for all those screaming for him to get chucked in to our relegation fight,have a look at Shearers early years at Southampton..

I think it's a good move for him and despite our problems best thing as well.

If he got thrown in and didn't do great some would be calling for his head.

Good move and hopefully will pay off.
