I've a cracking picture of a will goat on Islay halfway up a cliff but I can't find it. Lots of wild sheep as well.

Unfortunately it's part of the tourism out there, more so Jura for the deer.

    Weirdos.

It's only a goat, what's all the fuss about? They're not exactly an endangered species.

I didn't expect that response from you.

Anyway, the locals are pissed off apparently.

I was on Islay at the weekend there & saw a squad of folk with rifles. Remember thinking ‘sad b’stards’

At the risk of sounding like Jakey Jarvis, the Bowmore was tremendous

I would have thought it would be illegal to go around killing animals over here

    Edit

    Apparently not...

The animals, which have no natural predator, are classed as an invasive, non-native species in the UK, and hunting them on private land is not illegal.

    Couple things -

2 days to find a goat, how big is this Island?

    WYOWYN? Her, not the goat?

What did she do with the goat after she shot it? Is goat meat a thing?

Other than Bowmore, where were you?

If you are ever looking for a holiday home with the best view on the island...let me know.
