Ayr at home now on Friday night

It has been confirmed that our match at home to Ayr United, originally scheduled for Saturday 1 December, will now be played on Friday, 30 November with a 7.45pm kick-off due to selection for live broadcast on BBC ALBA

Should be a decent atmosphere then, hopefully won't put too many off

We have Ayr 3 times before the end of the season, could do with winning all 3 starting with this one.

It's only two games, Alloa moving to Tues probably suits as they have the semi final on at weekend so should really give us a big advantage, then one moved for TV to a Friday night, quite like the Friday nights just need more fans to come back now and get the 5000 home fans back up to the 6000-6500 we had before Csaba effect took hold

Only 2 games means there is no Saturday home game till December 22nd. Not everyone likes Tuesday or Friday night games due to having other things to fill their lives.

However, point stands, it's only two games, when we were in the Prem and in the top 4-5 every season we used to have about half our home games moved from Saturday every season

Don't see a big issue, everyone will be different with what they have going on, personally I couldn't make Alloa at home on that Saturday but can make the Tuesday, Friday nights can be good and beats a Sunday early kick off everyday of the week so not all bad

Hopefully get a big crowd in on Dec 22nd though

Football is for 3pm Saturday. Thats what folks base their season ticket on when buying. Even you cant argue with that.
