    Good/exceptional striker partnerships

We’ve had a few I’ll start with Cole and Beardsley.

You've nicked the best ones so I'll go for Andy Cole and David Kelly in that Leicester game-a hatrick each.

    Shoulder and Withe.

    Peacock and Kelly.

Varadi and Waddler (Midfield , I know, but can´t remember who partnered Varadi)

It doesn't specify from here so I'm going to promote one of our old boys, a goal every other game, SuperMac and Frank Stapleton for their heroics at Arsenal

Only Mick Sherwood will remember these two, but if we had them now we would be top six without doubt.

    Jackie Milburn 1943-57 353 apps. 177 goals.
    Jorge(George) Robledo 1949-53 146 apps. 82 goals.

The Mighty Wynn 'The Leap' Davies and Bryan 'Pop' Robson were pretty good, especially in Europe.

Might be showing my age now!
