Is Hammond pissing away another billion on the squaddies?
How about keeping out of other peoples fights instead and using that billion of more tax cuts for the rich, er,um I mean spending on the NHS or civil defence eg coppers.
Mind you, its a budget for Corbyn to show what a **** he is - if you told him he was an old white guy he'd argue against it!! I know its his job to whinge but his spending plans are the plans of an asshole
