Very much doubt Salford have came out the blue and thought 'lets sign that boy Wilson from Aberdeen'.

Thought him and Anderson, if they got a good run if games together to start a partnership could have been deadly.

I agree there is a footballer in there somewhere but from what he has demonstrated, his attitude and willingness to bust a gut that is needed to make it as a top flight footballer is missing. Maybe too much money as a youngster killed his ambition or maybe he never had what it takes from day one.
