I'm not expecting any points from this game.......but after Tuesday night, I don't think you can expect anything in this league!

I hope that young David Norman Jr has another good game. I've been extremely impressed with him and his work rate is exceptional. On Tuesday (especially) he was defending and clearing his lines one minute and then setting up and completing an attack the next.

There are elements of Ian McShane in him, particularly with his decisive passes and fine first touch balls, - but I think he is a much harder worker. Queens have missed someone in the engine room for quite a few seasons and if he continues to impress, - I'd be offering him an extension sooner rather than later, - before other clubs see his potential.

Yes young Norman does look as though he is a potential prospect and we should be looking to sign him up on an extended contract based upon what we have seen to date. As for the game away to Dundee United I do hope that we have a more positive attitude than that shown against Dunfermline as those tactics are less likely to steal the points in the same way because United are simply a better and more attacking side. Yes we will be under pressure for the majority of the game but we need to be more prepared to break when the opportunity arises and as most have already pointed out anyone can beat any of the others in this tightest of leagues. Fingers crossed and Mon the South.

Tough away match Today after the sore result on Tuesday but the players have nothing to lose as we don`t expect to get anything from it but with the great memories of the last game at Tannadice on a midweek day that we won gives as hope that we can get something from this match.

From a hopeful high cross that the keeper just has to come for but as is generally the case doesn`t do so. Folk keep defending Martin but he`s a liability.

I think that Naysmith's comments are fully directed at Martin as being culpable for both goals. It is a reoccurring theme that regardless of how well we play throughout the team there is a soft underbelly which costs us on so many occasions and the keepers lack of dominance in the box is clearly a flaw that needs addressing. He is undoubtedly a decent shot stopper but he does not seem mobile enough and for him not to come for a cross ball "hung up into our six yard box" as the manager has put it says it all. The goalkeeper selection for the next game will be interesting especially as Naysmith picked out Langfield at his "Meet the Manager" event as being the best of the young crop of players at the club. Time for young Jack to show the managers expectations are indeed well founded and rest Martin until he starts to exhibit the penalty box dominance which is clearly lacking at the moment.

Callum Semple is a must in the middle of the defence. Been rested now and must surely start at Ayr.

Fordyce has been at fault for goals at East Fife, Morton and Dundee Utd. All over the place. Doyle for the goals against Morton and Dundee Utd.

Semple is the best defensive header of the ball we have as well as giving us balance with being a left footer.

He may only be 19 but has never let the team down this season with any howlers.
