    First one is just human nature. You're walking along the road with a chum, 500 yards from the nearest person, a complete stranger. He tells you that in his opinion a mutual acquaintance, Joe, is a complete ar$ehole. He automatically lowers his voice. Chances of him being heard if he speaks at normal volume = zero. It's an instinctive thing. I'm not saying it happens like that every time, but it happens a lot.

    Nothing to do with instinct ..It wouldn't happen if Joe was a decent sort ...its joes fault ..SAcK jOe ...f####ing ar$ehole that he is

    Convinced this is how Hoban got crocked. We were told he was injured when scoring the goal against Hivs. The goal was a tap in from a yard out. Heapy on ensues.....4 months out minimum is the result. Don't know why managers haven't banned this unnecessary (and frankly embarrassing) practise.

    Why do players do a knee slide when they score a goal? That puts extreme pressure on the knee and can cause cruciate ligament damage.
